About the role
Our client is a local authority looking to appoint an experienced Accommodation Services Team Leader to help lead the day-to-day running of its Extra Care and Homeless Accommodation services. You will oversee staffing, safeguarding, health and safety, security, tenancy support, allocations and resident engagement, and you will respond calmly and confidently to emerging issues and risks.
You will work closely with the Asset Manager (Accommodation) to support and develop staff, monitor service performance, manage site standards and maintenance, and make sure residents receive a high-quality, person-centred service. Location, contract type, salary or rate, and working arrangements will be confirmed with candidates.
