Company Overview
Our client manage and maintain a large, existing portfolio of PV, battery and energy systems. Many installations are already built and operational, with a strong focus on monitoring, maintenance, optimisation and corrective works.
This is a combined role for someone who enjoys both hands-on installation and technical calculation/design work.
Responsibilities
AC Systems
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot AC installations
- Ensure full compliance with NEN 1010 and NEN 3140
- Electrical installation background is essential
- Battery system placement, monitoring and maintenance
DC Systems
- PV installations and DC works
- Diagnose and repair older PV projects that require corrective action
- Support upgrades and improvements to existing systems
Calculation & Design
- Perform technical calculations for PV and battery systems
- Create and update drawings using AutoCAD
- Support project preparation and optimisation
- Collaborate closely with installation and maintenance teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar/PV sector
- Strong background in electrical installations (AC & DC)
- Proven experience with battery systems
- Knowledge of NEN 1010 and NEN 3140
- Comfortable combining installation work with calculation/design
- Experience with AutoCAD
- English speaking (reports are in Dutch, but this is not a major barrier)
