C++ Developer – HR & Payroll Solutions
📍 Location: Flemish Brabant (2 days/week on-site)

Role Overview
We’re looking for 2 skilled C++ Developers to join a collaborative team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a core internal HR management application. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both ongoing support and a future rewrite of the platform, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve a proprietary HR software system
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients
- Improve system stability, performance, and scalability
- Participate in the redesign and modernization of the application
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in C++ development
- Solid understanding of Windows environments
- Experience with frameworks such as MFC (6.0), Stingray, Chilkat, Hyperview
- Strong database skills: Oracle, MS-SQL Server, SQL, T-SQL, PL-SQL, performance tuning, and administration
- Fluent in French (spoken and written)
- Analytical, curious, pragmatic, and responsible
- Comfortable working in small teams with a high degree of autonomy
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of OLE DB, DAO, VBA, or the BEID framework
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Interest in HR, payroll, or accounting systems
- Basic understanding of technical English and/or Dutch
