WMS Project Manager – Freelance – Waterloo
For a client in Waterloo, I am looking for a WMS Project Manager to join on a long term, freelance basis.
They are preparing the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System and is currently selecting between Manhattan Active and Reflex.
They require a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of the implementation, from selection support through deployment and stabilization.
The role covers coordination of internal stakeholders, vendors, and integration streams across the warehouse and IT landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the WMS implementation project from initiation to go-live
- Manage scope, planning, budget tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate the selection phase between Manhattan Active and Reflex
- Act as the main point of contact between business, IT, and external vendors
- Define and monitor project milestones and deliverables
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment between warehouse operations and system design
- Oversee integration with ERP and other systems
Profile
- 7+ Years working on WMS Implementations
- Experience with Manhattan Active or Reflex is a plus
- Experience in warehouse operations and logistics processes
- English required, French or Dutch is a plus
