Werkvoorbereider (Work Preparator)
We are looking for a mechanical work preparator who supports project execution by organizing technical documentation, preparing material requirements, and assisting the Project Lead. The role focuses heavily on creating Bills of Materials (BOMs), ordering parts, and ensuring all technical documentation is complete and accessible. You will act as a key link between engineering and project execution, contributing to efficient and well-prepared project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on engineering input.
- Order mechanical parts and components, ensuring timely availability.
- Structure, manage, and upload technical documentation in internal systems.
- Draft procedural and technical reports.
- Support the Project Lead with technical questions and clarifications.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop practical technical solutions.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Assist in preparing documentation for testing phases.
Requirements
- Basic to solid understanding of mechanical systems and components.
- Experience with technical documentation and work preparation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
