Director of Clinical Operations

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, compliant execution of global clinical trials. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CMO/CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Clinical Operations team, including Project Managers and CRAs.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Phase I-IV trials.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP, and other regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for clinical programs.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Safety teams.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and vendor/CRO management.
Qualifications:
- MD, PharmD, or advanced scientific degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in clinical operations with leadership experience.
- Proven track record managing multi-site or global clinical trials.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
