Transport Development Associate

Interim Transport Development Associate – Hybrid Working 

We are seeking an experienced Interim Transport Development Associate to support a busy client in the North West. The successful candidate will work on major projects and investments that will generate economic growth, wellbeing dividends and financial returns for the client. 

Key Responsibilities:

• To support the assessment, preparation and funding of transport projects
• To monitor the financial and operational performance of projects and the client’s financial commitments through regular monitoring
• Assessing proposals submitted by partners and stakeholders
• Working on initial design and feasibility of projects, as well as business cases

 
Requirements:

• Transport experience in a public sector setting 
• Project Management experience 
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Experience working on business cases
• Rail experience is desirable, but not essential
