Town Planning Director – London, Surrey & Gatwick Areas
Hybrid: 3 days in office (any office south of Oxford)
We’re seeking an experienced Town Planning Director to drive growth across London, Surrey, and Gatwick. This senior role combines strategic site expertise with a strong business development focus to deliver £250k+ billing annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop business in large strategic site planning across the region
Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on new business opportunities
Collaborate across offices with a hybrid working model (3 days in office)
Requirements:
Proven experience managing large strategic planning sites
Strong track record in business development within London, Surrey, and Gatwick
Ability to deliver high billing targets (£250k+)
Flexible to work from any office south of Oxford
Process:
Two-stage recruitment including a scenario-based test.
