What you’ll do:
Support the preparation and submission of planning applications
Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies
Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver successful planning outcomes
Assist with policy research and development strategies
Monitor planning legislation and best practices to ensure compliance
What we’re looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in town planning, ideally within consultancy or private sector
Strong understanding of UK planning policies and regulations
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently or in a team
