CFD Engineer (Mechanical)
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced thermal analyses of conduct and convection, developing and validating 2D/3D coupled heat transfer and fluid flow models, primarily for steady-state conditions with transient capability.
- Design, optimize, and iterate radiator geometries to improve thermal performance, pressure drop, efficiency, and material usage, validating simulations against experimental data.
- Work cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and prototyping teams to integrate thermal models into prototype and production designs, and clearly document methods and results for stakeholders.
Requirements
- MSc in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering
- 5+ years experience in heat transfer system design, modeling, and simulation.
- Strong expertise in conduction and convection heat transfer.
