Job Description – Technical Writer
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to support the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation. The role requires someone who is not only strong in writing, but also capable of asking the right questions and conducting in-depth interviews (IVs) with subject matter experts to capture complex information accurately.
This position plays a key role in documenting processes, systems and standards in a structured and compliant way.
Key Responsibilities
Create, structure and maintain technical guides, manuals and procedures
Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather accurate and complete information
Translate complex technical input into clear, well-structured documentation
Document and maintain processes aligned with ISO 9000 or other relevant standards
Ensure documentation quality, consistency and compliance
Collaborate closely with technical, quality and operational teams
Update and improve existing documentation where needed
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Writer (mandatory)
Demonstrated history of writing technical guides and documentation
Strong ability to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions
Experience documenting ISO 9000 or other quality / regulatory standards
Excellent written communication skills
Able to work independently and manage documentation tasks end-to-end
Work Model
2 days per week onsite
Remaining days remote
Hybrid setup requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders
