Technical Project Manager (Substations & Energy Infrastructure)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects focused on connecting battery energy storage systems (BESS) to hydrogen production plants. This role requires strong technical expertise in substations and ACS electrical works, alongside excellent project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of substation and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Oversee the connection of battery storage systems to hydrogen plants.
- Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with technical standards.
- Manage project risks, schedules, resources, and compliance requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience delivering electrical infrastructure projects.
- Strong electrical engineering background.
- Proven experience working on substations and ACS electrical works.
- Experience within battery energy storage (BESS), renewable energy, or hydrogen-related projects.
- Fluent German language skills, with a minimum C1 level proficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience.
