One of my Local Authority clients based in Nottinghamshire is looking for a Technical Officer to join their team on an interim basis.
Role Overview:
* Full-time – 5 days per week in the office
* Mileage covered from site to site
* Residential-focused stock condition work – kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
* Dealing with tenant queries and carrying out stock condition surveys
* Expected to hit the ground running – strong practical experience required
* Involvement in repairs, maintenance, and general construction-related tasks
Experience Needed:
* No formal qualifications needed
* Ideal backgrounds include:
 - Tenant Liaison Officers
 - Site Managers
 - Technical Officers
 - Housing Officers with Decent Homes or stock condition experience
Rate: Dependent on experience
