Supported Living Housing Support Officer

Supported Living Housing Support Officer (Temporary)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site housing management and tenancy support

  • Manage a caseload and complete needs/risk assessments

  • Provide planned and responsive support to residents

  • Support with budgeting, rent, and benefit applications

  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure safeguarding and coordinated support

  • Assist with housing applications, allocations and void turnaround

About You:

  • Experience (or transferable skills) supporting older or disabled people

  • Background in housing, support, or care settings desirable

  • Calm, resilient and person-centred approach

  • Able to work a rota pattern (typically 9–5, Monday–Sunday)

  • Willing to take part in a 1-in-6 paid on-call rota
