About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Supply Chain Expert to support a manufacturing company with operations in Belgium and France. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful rollout of supply chain ERP processes, driving business change, and preparing for go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for supply chain ERP aspects.
Manage and support key users across France and Belgium.
Gather and translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
Prepare, execute, and manage test cases and user acceptance testing.
Support change management activities and ensure business readiness.
Contribute to go-live preparation and post-go-live support.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication between IT and the business.
Requirements
Proven experience in Supply Chain management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong background in ERP systems (implementation, support, or rollout).
Solid knowledge of Change Management processes.
French language fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory; English is a strong plus.
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a significant advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Willingness and ability to be onsite in France/Belgium 3 days per week.
