- Up to £650 per day inside IR35
- Up to 12 month contract
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership, setting vision and direction. Secure funding from government and investment, working across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to drive inward investment. Build strong partnerships across the system and lead long-term planning and integration of major initiatives, whilst also contributing to the client’s organisational development. You will also be required to build strong foundations and workstreams enabling the client to operate effectively. There is also a requirement to shape and implement policy that delivers tangible outcomes for residents and businesses
Experience:
The successful candidate must have professional expertise relevant to assigned portfolio, proven leadership within complex public sector settings, as well as strong political awareness and communication skills, especially with stakeholders. You must also have the ability to manage programmes and budgets effectively and to a high standard.
