We are seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out condition surveys across our social housing portfolio. You will assess property components, identify defects, collect accurate asset data, and support planned maintenance and investment programmes.
Key Requirements:
Experience in stock condition surveying (social housing preferred)
Strong knowledge of building construction and defects
Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g. Keystone, Civica, MRI)
Understanding of Decent Homes, HHSRS, and compliance standards
Full UK driving licence
