Job Description

My local authority client is looking for a specialist commissioner to come in truly hit the ground running to work with a lead commissioner on mental health services specifically in relation to support accommodation. The post is to be funded by a health partner to completely recommission their service from start to finish.

The post will involve:

• Reviewing service specifications
• Dealing with senior council leaders to influence change
• Full cycle commissioning in relation to mental health
• Propose initial building blocks for change and recommissioning of mental health support accommodation after discharge

The post is 3 days per week, fully remote. The post could be for 3-6 months+ extension with a view to interview the week beginning 30^th January.
