Job Role: (Software) Project Manager/Functional Analyst
Location: Ghent
A company based in Ghent looking for a Project Manager to manage our client’s software projects. You will be leading your project team to ensure a smooth effective collaboration between the developers, analysts, architect etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software applications.
- Customer relations communicating with them on a regular basis on status of the project
- Collect business requirements and converting them into executable tasks.
- Manage the development team and monitor the progress of their developments.
- Perform functional tests and quality checks to ensure solution is up to customer standard.
- Coaching, training of client whilst collecting feedback and proposing new ideas to make improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Customer oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a conceptual thinker
- Experience with project methodologies and tools: Prince2, SCRUM, Agile, DevOps, Gitlab.
- Strong software background
- Fluent Dutch OR French + English
