Project Overview
We are supporting a major infrastructure project in Northern Germany and are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
Due to an increased workload, an additional Site Manager is required to oversee multiple HDD drilling sites, ensuring smooth delivery, strong client coordination, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of HDD drilling sites
Coordinating activities across multiple locations
Acting as the main interface between site teams and the client
Ensuring project scope, commercial interests, and contractual obligations are protected
Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and maintaining high safety and quality standards
Supporting intensive on-site activity, including active IV (Installation Verification) phases
Key Requirements
Proven experience managing HDD / trenchless drilling projects
Strong site management and coordination skills
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
Ability to manage high workloads and fast-paced environments
Fluent in English (German language skills highly desirable)
