I’m currently supporting a major renewable energy project in Belgium and we’re looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to join on a freelance basis.
This is a client-side, coordination-focused role, where the main responsibility is to manage and align multiple EPC contractors on site. While it’s not a hands-on commissioning role, a strong understanding of commissioning processes is important to help coordinate activities during the final project phases.
Location: Belgium (on-site)
Start: May 2026, Option for Part Time ASAP
Duration: 11 Months
Contract: Freelance
Key requirements:
Strong experience in site coordination / interface management
Electrical background
Good understanding of commissioning and project handover phases
Solid HSE knowledge
Experience coordinating multiple contractors in complex environments
Fluent English
Nice to have:
Renewable energy project experience
Oil & gas background (particularly in coordination roles)
Italian, Dutch, or Flemish language skills
