Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Engineer

One of our clients in the Banking sector are looking for a ServiceNow Configuration Engineer with expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database). This role will focus on managing, maintaining, and enhancing the CMDB to support accurate and reliable configuration data across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:
- 5+years professional experience
- Proven experience managing and configuring ServiceNow CMDB, including Service Mapping modules
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, specifically around Configuration Management and Change Management
- Technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including form building, dashboard creation, and reporting
- Familiarity with unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Fluent in English
- Bonus – Experience with Discovery and Event Management applications within ServiceNow
- Bonus – Performance Analytics and report implementations in ServiceNow
Contract Details
Location: Brussels, Belgium (2 days on-site per week)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Competitive freelance daily rate based on experience and qualifications.
