Senior Surveyor – 6 Month Contract – London
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month contract, based in London. This role is ideal for a surveyor with strong technical expertise and experience working in housing repairs and legal settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Specialising in disrepair cases, including complex property issues
Demonstrable experience in damp and mould inspections and reporting
Managing and scheduling property inspections
Producing clear, accurate technical reports
Attending court appearances where required and providing professional input
Acting as the key liaison between Property Inspectors and the Repairs Manager
Providing guidance and technical advice to four Property Inspectors (non–direct line management)
Key Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Senior Surveyor or similar role
Strong background in housing disrepair, damp, and mould
Confident producing reports suitable for legal proceedings
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and acting as a central point of contact
Excellent communication and organisational skills
