We are a forward-thinking organization committed to financial stability and excellent service. We seek a highly motivated and skilled Senior Revenues & Benefits Officer to join our team and contribute to efficient revenue collection and benefit administration.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage a high volume of financial transactions, including payments, refunds, and adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of revenues and benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with internal teams for effective financial reporting and analysis.
Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and apply corrective measures.
Stay informed on legislation and industry trends, recommending improvements as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in revenues and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of financial software and databases.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of relevant legislation related to revenues and benefits preferred.
