Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Interim)
Contract: Initial 6 Months (with view to extend)

A local authority is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of capital construction projects on an initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Provide commercial and cost management across construction projects.
Administer contracts and manage change control, valuations, and final accounts.
Support procurement and tender processes.
Monitor budgets, risks, and project financial performance.
Provide advice on contractual matters to project teams.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Strong experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction or infrastructure projects.
Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
