Senior Project Manager / Project Leader
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and industrial project from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with proven leadership and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through execution, commissioning, and closeout.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and commissioning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulation standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to management and clients.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
- 10 years experience managing engineering or industrial projects.
- Experience in manufacturing, energy, automation, construction, or related industries preferred.
- Fluency in Dutch required.
