🚧 Hiring: Senior Project Manager (Civil) – Antwerp | Hybrid 🚧
I am currently supporting a major industrial client in Antwerp who is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the civil scope on a large-scale site project.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a significant industrial development, with a strong mix of on-site leadership and remote flexibility.
Key Details:
📍 Location: Antwerp (3 days on site, 2 days remote)
💶 Rate: Competitive and to be confirmed prior to interview
📅 Start Date: ASAP
📄 Contract: Until end of year (potential extension)
⏱ Hours: 40 per week (overtime possible)
💼 Languages: Dutch required; English beneficial
🏗 Background: Civil-focused PM within large industrial projects
🛢 Industry experience: Oil & gas / petrochemical experience is a plus

✔ Strong background managing civil work packages on industrial sites
✔ Proven Senior Project Manager experience
✔ Ability to coordinate and build positive relationships with contractors, engineering teams, and site stakeholders
✔ Comfortable working in a dynamic, live plant environment
