Senior Process Engineer
In this role, you lead the development and integration of processes for advanced printed and hybrid electronic devices. Working in a multidisciplinary R&D environment, you collaborate closely with international industrial partners to translate cutting-edge research into scalable, manufacturable technologies.
Key responsibilities
Develop and optimize printing, interconnect, and assembly processes for printed electronics and photonics.
Drive hybrid integration of printed functions with conventional components (e.g. chips, LEDs), ensuring thin, flexible, and stretchable devices.
Solve complex integration challenges using your expertise in materials, processes, and device design.
Take technical ownership within collaborative R&D projects with industrial partners.
Work closely with customers and partners, aligning technical progress with project goals.
Analyze experimental results and clearly communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to technology roadmaps, best practices, and team knowledge.
Act as a senior technical reference within the team.
Your profile
BSc in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in microelectronics or process engineering; printed electronics experience is a plus.
Strong hands-on mindset combined with analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience working with industrial partners or customer-driven projects.
Proficient in data analysis and clear technical communication.
Fluent in English.
Proactive, structured, and solution-focused, with the ability to lead technical topics.
