I am working on an exclusive job within a local authority within the Manchester area, which of course is a lovely area, and having worked with the client on numerous occasions, it is safe to say that what they have to offer would be an exceptional benefit to undertaking this job role.

The successful candidate will be working on a wide range of major applications, that scale from 50 to 200 units, with some interesting projects going on with the local university.

They are looking for an experienced Principal Planning Officer/Senior Planning Officer and offer the following :

– £45-50 per hour (DOE)
– 6-month contract
– Remote working with 1 day a fortnight site visit
