Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of a pharmaceutical plant near Arnhem in the Netherlands. The project is entering the construction phase and is looking for the support of a P6 expert part time, 3 days per week. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support project objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Develop baseline schedules and update progress on a daily or weekly basis
• Break down the project into WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and activity levels
• Track critical path and near-critical path activities to prevent project delays
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience using Primavera P6 on pharmaceutical projects
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands as a freelancer (EU passport or German residency)
• Ability to deliver high-quality schedule outputs within a part-time structure (20–25 hours/week)
• Ideally located around the Arnhem area but not essential
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams

Contract Details
Location: 2 days on-site every 2 weeks near Arnhem
Duration: 15 month contract with potential extension based on project needs
Rate: Competitive freelance daily rate based on experience and qualifications
