Client Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end IAM engagements (discovery → design → implementation → closeout)
- Deliver workforce IAM, IGA, PAM, and governance solutions (SSO, MFA, lifecycle automation, federation)
- Drive identity modernization (directory/cloud migrations, hybrid integrations)
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, standards, and health checks
Business Development:
- Support discovery, scoping, and proposals
- Represent identity capabilities in client discussions
Practice Leadership:
- Mentor consultants and contribute to identity practice growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years in IAM, IGA, PAM, or access governance
- Strong experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, directory services
- Proven client-facing consulting delivery
- Experience across SaaS, cloud, and enterprise identity lifecycles
- Familiarity with security frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
- REST/API and scripting knowledge
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Relevant identity certification
