An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to join a dynamic Commercial Property team at a local authority in the South East. This is a key role providing high-level estates and asset management expertise to support the council’s commercial property portfolio.
The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining and enhancing the value of the council’s property assets, with a focus on general practice surveying and professional landlord and tenant matters.
