We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join a Local Authority in the North West for 12 months. The role involves managing a range of estates duties, including landlord and tenant matters, property disposals, and valuations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and rent reviews.
- Oversee property disposals and valuations.
- Advise on estates matters to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and local authority procedures.
- Maintain property records and support strategic property plans.
Ideal Candidate:
- MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer preferred).
- Experience in landlord & tenant law and property valuations.
- Local authority experience is desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
