Interim Senior Estate Surveyor – Local Authority
We are seeking an experienced Interim Estate Surveyor to support a busy Property & Estates team within a local authority. This role will focus on managing a diverse property portfolio, including lease negotiations, rent reviews, asset transfers and general estate management duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of commercial and operational property assets
- Conducting inspections and rent reviews
- Preparing reports and advising on property-related matters
- Supporting regeneration and development projects where required
Requirements:
- MRICS and experience in public sector property management
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
