Job Title: Senior CSA Engineer/Package Manager
Location: Eemshaven, Netherlands
Normal Working Schedule: 6 Days per week, (07:00->18:00 Monday to Friday, 07:00->14:00 Saturdays).
Project: Major Data center build – GRQ6
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Freelance Contract (6 months with extensions).
 

About the Client:
Our client is focussed on the CSA Packages for major data center builds across Europe, working with the largest clients globally in order to deliver state-of-the-art data centers.

Role Overview:
We are urgently seeking a Senior CSA Engineer/Package Manager profile to help oversee the CSA package, do quality sign offs & checks on concrete, steel structures etc.. a bit of supervision, client interfacing, perform design reviews, challenge the client and general package management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join the ongoing GRQ6 project as a Senior CSA Engineer/Package Manager working on the whole CSA package with a slight focus on Steel Structures and Concrete.
• The CSA works are ongoing with some structures already built.
• Oversee the concrete works, steel structure build etc.. and the whole CSA package, working with site supervisors, site manager etc..
• Perform checks on the works, ensuring done up to standards, specifications etc.. as well as quality sign offs for the whole CSA package.
• So some supervision when needed and help to oversee the whole CSA from a Package manager point of view.
• Be client interfacing, updating them, challenging them, getting the client onside etc.. ensuring needs, requirements, standards, specifications etc.. are met and constantly interacting and updating them.
• Participate in daily meetings and being pro-active with the work.
• Perform design reviews for the CSA package, challenging and advising stakeholders accordingly.  
• Use your expert knowledge of Civil Engineering to ensure the works are done to high standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong CSA Experience.
• Ideally experience working on data center projects, but any Civil works are fine.
• English speaking.

Location: Eemshaven, Netherlands.
Normal working schedule: 6 days per week (07:00->18:00 Monday to Friday, 07:00->14:00 Saturdays).
Duration: 6 Month Extendable freelance contract.
Rate type: All-Inclusive Hourly Rate.
