Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts and projects lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team.
The role can be offered on a fully remote basis.
The ideal candidate will:
– Be able to draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with minimal supervision
– Be able to advise on a broad variety of procurement matters inclusive of the construction category
– Have prior experience drafting JCT and/or NEC agreements
– Be familiar with the 2023 Procurement Act.
