Job Description

You will be guiding your teams on how to efficiently use Agile/Scrum methodologies to help benefit the customers whilst providing updates to key external stakeholders. You will be working alongside the Product owner and helping him to further understand the Product Backlog and will promote a logical approach to managing Project issues.

You will lead 3 small teams to ensure that the Scrum framework is followed and to help educate members of your team to help them develop their knowledge of Scrum/Agile. You will raise risk on key deliverables, and you will play a key part in internal and external communication to help improve transparency and fluidity between the team.
