Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team on a contract basis, supporting a portfolio of major hospital construction projects across multiple international locations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex, high-impact healthcare infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using MSP (Microsoft Project)
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders across global teams
- Track progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies
- Produce regular schedule updates and reports for senior leadership
- Ensure alignment of project timelines with key milestones and deliverables
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scheduler on large-scale construction projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP); experience with Primavera P6 is highly desirable
- Fluent English speaker and writer; German language skills are a bonus but not essential
- EU passport holder or permanent resident of Germany
- Experience working on healthcare or hospital construction projects is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in an international environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project schedules concurrently
- Bonus: Own laptop with MSP available
Working Arrangement:
- Initial 1–2 weeks on-site in Hamburg for onboarding and project alignment
- Remainder of the assignment will be remote
