Location: Bremen, Germany

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a long-term pipeline construction project based in Bremen, Germany. This is a full-time, on-site position running through to December 2027, offering long-term project stability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for pipeline construction works

• Update and monitor progress against baseline schedules

• Identify critical path activities and potential delays

• Conduct schedule risk analysis and mitigation planning

• Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and stakeholders

• Prepare regular progress reports and planning updates

• Support change management and forecasting activities

Software Requirements

• Strong experience with TILOS (preferred)

• Primavera P6 expertise will also be considered

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in pipeline construction projects

• Strong scheduling and planning background

• Fluent German speaker

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Bremen

• EU passport holder or German resident

• Freelance / self-employed status
