Job Title: Project Scheduler – Data Center Construction
Location: Milan Area, Italy (On-site)
Contract Duration: March 2026 – August 2028
Working Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a major data center construction project near Milan. This is a long-term, on-site role supporting the planning, scheduling, and progress control of a complex construction program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks
Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project management teams
Prepare schedule reports, look-ahead plans, and progress updates
Support schedule recovery and mitigation strategies where required
Requirements
EU passport holder or Italian permanent resident (mandatory)
Proven proficiency in Primavera P6
Previous experience in construction projects (data center experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project controls
Availability to work full-time on-site near Milan
