Project Planner – Glass Processing Plant Project
South East Romania | 🕒 Full-time (Min. 40 hrs/week) | 🔁 Hybrid (On-site & Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the delivery of a major glass processing plant construction project in South East Romania. This is a long-term contract role offering a hybrid working model, with regular on-site presence required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
Monitor progress, identify risks, and support mitigation planning
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams
Provide schedule analysis, progress reports, and forecasts
Support on-site project activities and planning reviews
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years’ experience in project planning on large-scale projects
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proven experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
Availability to work on-site in South East Romania on a weekly basis
EU passport required
Desirable / Advantageous
Experience with processing plant or industrial construction projects
Romanian language skills
Previous experience working on international or cross-border projects
