Freelance Scheduler (German & English Speaking)
Location: Hamburg / Remote (50/50)
Contract: Freelance – 12 months
Start Date: March
We are seeking an experienced German and English speaking Scheduler to support a large-scale infrastructure project in the north of Germany. This is a 12-month freelance opportunity, with a hybrid working arrangement split between our Hamburg office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for a major infrastructure/construction programme
- Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and provide schedule analysis and reporting
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project milestones
- Use Primavera P6 to manage schedules and support planning and forecasting activities
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- EU passport or German permanent residency is required
- Engineering qualification or equivalent relevant experience
