Freelance SAP WM Business Analyst – Belgium – Long Term
For a leading Food production client, I am looking for a Freelance SAP WM Business Analyst for a long-term assignment.
This opportunity offers 3 days on site and 2 days remote working per week.
Dutch and English are required.
The main responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for logistics, warehouse, and inventory-related business questions
• Manage and support existing SAP WM implementations across multiple manufacturing sites
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP WM solutions in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
• Communicate requirements to and coordinate with an offshore implementation partner
• Identify and drive process optimizations and standardization initiatives
• Coach and support key users to increase SAP and process knowledge
• Contribute to strategic projects such as new roll-outs, S/4HANA implementation, MES integration, and system optimizations
• Provide support during project execution and operational activities when required
Skills required:
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with SAP ECC architecture and management, focused on warehouse and inventory processes
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP (E)WM
• Experience with additional SAP modules (PP, QM, SD) is a plus
• Proven experience delivering SAP projects end-to-end
• Experience with S/4HANA migrations is a strong plus
• Background in supply chain and operations, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry
• Experience working with external partners and offshore teams
• Experience in an international, multi-site environment
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to prioritize
• Fluent in Dutch and English
