For a long-term freelance assignment with an international organization in the airport industry, we are looking for a hands-on SAP Project Manager who combines strong delivery skills with the right mindset and attitude.
Role Overview Reporting directly to ExCom, you will drive results and ensure successful delivery of SAP projects in a complex, international environment. We are not only looking for SAP knowledge, but for someone who takes ownership, challenges partners, and pushes projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain project plans and timelines
- Apply and adapt project management methodologies
- Drive projects to successful completion, focusing on results
- Actively challenge internal and external partners when needed
- Work closely with the Business Applications team
- Manage stakeholders at different levels, including ExCom
- Ensure alignment, compatibility, and delivery quality
Profile We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a SAP Project Manager
- Solid SAP modules knowledge (functional understanding)
- Strong delivery mindset: fast worker, proactive, takes initiative
- Team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Focus on attitude and mindset, not only on technical knowledge
Language
- English: mandatory and sufficient
Practical Information
- Location: Zaventem
- On-site presence: 4 days per week
- Travel: occasional travel possible
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Contract: Freelance – minimum 12 months
