About the Role:
Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a seasoned SAGE X3 Functional Consultant to support and optimize their ERP landscape, with a strong emphasis on Supply Chain processes. This is a long-term freelance opportunity involving both functional and technical expertise in SAGE X3.
The consultant will work closely with cross-border teams in Belgium (Ypres) and France, helping to streamline operations, enhance system capabilities, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional and technical workshops to gather and analyze supply chain requirements.
- Configure and customize SAGE X3, particularly the Supply Chain module.
- Provide hands-on support for system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Belgium and France to ensure consistent delivery.
- Document processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
- Act as a strategic advisor for ERP improvements and supply chain optimization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience with SAGE X3, covering both functional and technical aspects.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes including procurement, inventory, logistics, and order management.
- Experience working in multi-site or international environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-border stakeholder relationships.
- Fluent in French preferred; English-only candidates will be considered.
