Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities within the Energy sector.
• Design, develop, test, and implement Blue Prism RPA solutions to automate manual and repetitive processes.
• Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend automation solutions to increase productivity and reduce errors.
• Configure and maintain Blue Prism infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the RPA platform, ensuring smooth operations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users to facilitate successful adoption of RPA solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an RPA Blue Prism Developer, with a strong background in process automation within the Energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Blue Prism RPA platform, including design, development, and deployment of automation solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
• Adaptability to work independently and effectively manage time while meeting project deadlines.
