A high street Law Firm in Bradford are currently looking for a locum Residential Conveyancer to come into the team and assist their head of department with matters, as there is too much work. It is a varied caseload of residential property matters, and they need someone who can come in and pick up a caseload with little assistance.
The RoleÂ
- Mixed bag of Residential Property matters –Â residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of ownership and gifts of property, sales of deceased estates, leasehold properties, new build property etc.
- 5 days in office ideal, 3/4 days considered
- Full-time ideal, part-time considered
- 4 week initial contract, good chance of extensions
About You
- Experienced in dealing with residential property matters
- Qualified Solicitor / CILEx or Registered ConveyancerÂ
- Strong case management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a locum capacity
- Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
