About the Client:
I am currently recruiting for a well-established, Manchester based firm, who are looking for a Locum Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join them and help to establish their Conveyancing department.

Role Overview:

• Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Managerial experienced desired
• Provide high-quality, client-focused service with excellent communication throughout.
• Support the firm in growing the conveyancing offering and improving processes.
• Flexible hours with the potential to increase days as the department develops.
