My Local Authority client in Surrey is looking to recruit an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join their housing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring residents live in safe, well-maintained homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections, condition assessments, and surveys across tenanted and void properties
Produce clear, detailed reports with professional recommendations
Support Housing Officers during home visits and assist in investigating resident complaints
Evaluate structural issues and provide expert technical advice
Lead and manage repair works related to Disrepair Cases across the Council’s housing stock
Maintain and manage inspection documentation and images
