Role Overview
– An RBI position working fully remote to help with class 3H projects and BSR work
– Offering fully remote plan checking
– Full time or part time
– Up to £85 per hour (£7793 take home per month after all tax and deductions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out plan checks on class 3H/BSR projects
- Availability to respond to emails throughout the working day
Requirements:Â
(Qualifications/ Skills & Experience)
- Professional qualifications by one the chartered institutes with a specialism in Building Control
- Minimum Class 3HÂ Registration and Chartered with CIOB/ RICS/ CABE
